During business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm EAT), our average first response is under two hours. Messages that come in overnight or on weekends get picked up first thing the next business morning. If it's genuinely urgent, WhatsApp is faster than email — that line is monitored outside normal hours for retainer clients and active incidents.

No. The discovery call is free, capped at 30 minutes, and has no strings attached. We use it to understand your business and figure out whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so and point you toward who might be.

Yes, happily. Send yours over and we'll sign it, or we can provide our standard mutual NDA if you'd prefer. We treat every conversation as confidential by default, but we understand that some businesses need the paperwork in place before they're comfortable sharing details.

Yes. A meaningful share of our work comes from outside East Africa — Europe, North America, and the Gulf. Discovery, scoping, and delivery all happen comfortably over video. We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR, or KES depending on what suits you.
